A yosegi-zaiku and lacquer tray (bon). Second half 19th century

Of rectangular shape, the inside with large asymmetric inlays and small patterns in various kinds of wood with a black lacquer panel displaying sparrows and grapes by a vine in brown lacquer, the gold rubbed off. On the underside a paper label of the manufacturer named Nagakura Heiueimon in Shizuoka. Damage.
