Rectangular polychrome glass micromosaic plaque bearing a finely rendered depiction of a Roman rotunda in the Campagna with tiny figures (ca. 60 x 32 mm) in a Louis Philippe repoussé gold frame. Hallmarks: Parisian fineness "tête d'aigle", illegible maker's mark. 4.8 x 7.5 cm. Weight 38.22 g.
