A large Gothic oak chest with iron mountings

The sides each with seven horizontal mounting bands, the front with 19, the lid with 25 vertical bands. A hinged compartment in the inner left interior. The back panel replaced. The supports with replacements. The lock bolt broken off. H 91.5, W 208, D 59 cm.
Rhineland / Westphalia, c. 1500.
