A tortoiseshell inlaid Crucifix

Three sides of the base and the front of the Crucifix inlaid in "première partie" Boulle style marquetry with tortoiseshell, brass and pewter on oak corpus. With ormolu mountings. With older shrinkage cracks. H 56.5, W 15.2, D 8.5 cm.
Munich, attributed to the workshop of Johann Puchwiser (ca. 1680 – 1744).
