A Meissen porcelain tea bowl and saucer with early Japonesque decor

Painted with prunus sprigs, chrysanthemums and tree stumps, the inner borders red with demi flowerheads. Blue crossed swords mark, dreher's mark / (cup) and . . for Johann Martin Kittel jr. (saucer). A crack to the base of the saucer. D saucer 12.5 cm.
Presumably pre-1728.
