A hand forged German 14k gold and tourmaline necklace which was the journeyman's work of the goldmith.

Abstract forged gold necklace of five pierced links sparsely decorated with filigree and symmetrically set with eight small green tourmaline cabochons (diameter c. 4.32 mm). Hallmarks: Fineness 585, maker's mark "whale with waves". L 40 cm. Weight 32.98 g.
