Elongated concave/convex design milligrain set with 74 old-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.50 ct; K/L, vs-si), eight old- and transition-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.20 ct; K/L, vs) and 19 calibrated natural sapphires. The central bezel set old-cut diamond c. 0.65 ct (K/L, vs). With safety clasp and 14k gold brooch pin. No hallmarks. One sapphire lost. L 7 cm. Weight 9.95 g.
