A Meissen porcelain tea caddy with Watteau motifs

Angular tea caddy painted with figures of pilgrims after Antoine Watteau in tri-colour camaieu. Smoothed base with blue crossed swords mark, 29 in brown, impressed number 28. H 10.2 cm, with a replaced parcel-gilt silver stopper.
