A pair of yellow-ground famille rose dishes. Jiaqing iron-red seal mark and possibly of the period (1796-1820)

Two small saucer dishes. Inside decorated in iron-red with a central 'shou' characters between five bats on a lemon-yellow ground. On the outer wall flowering lotus vines and lucky symbols, in between four medallions with characters which together form the imperial birthday greeting 'wan shou wu jiang'. Iron-red Jiaqing seal marks at the base. (2)
