A four-case gold lacquer inrô. Mid-19th century

Of lenticular shape, displaying Jurôjin and a stag underneath a pine branch with a blossoming plum branch on one side and a young boy servant and a crane on the other side, in takamakie, hiramakie, black and a little red lacquer on kinji. Nashiji and fundame to the inside. Ivory ojime in shape of two masks and a stained ivory netsuke of two chestnuts, the larger one with a landscape in anabori.
