A German forged 18k bicolour gold black star sapphire and ruby necklace with a large granulation and Ceylon star sapphire pendant.

Moulded bi-colour gold chain set with 34 navette form black star sapphires alternating with 34 small rubies (in total c. 3.40 ct) and a central oval ruby (c. 1.00 ct) flanked by two pear-cut black star sapphires. The clasp with a round star sapphire cabochon. With a large removable bombé-form oval pendant with granulation decor set with a large Ceylon sapphire cabochon (c. 24.39 x 19.23 mm) in a white gold setting. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, maker's mark. L necklace 40 cm. Weight 103.01 g. H pendant 6.0 cm; W 3.0 cm; weight 46.58 g. Total weight 149.59 g.
