A Bremen silver-mounted glass tankard made for a locksmith's guild

Cylindrical vessel with rounded handle engraved with two oval reserves beneath laurel crowns, one bearing the conjoined monogram EHK, the other with the guild's coat-of-arms, dated 1763 below. The domed lid with a spherical thumb rest and a small monogram "EHK"; the centre inset with a Bremen reichstaler with the municipal coat-of-arms, dated 1660. H 22.5 cm.
