A Meissen porcelain teapot with yellow ground and Hoeroldt Chinoiseries

Painted with Chinoiserie figures in gold and brown outlined quatrefoil reserves. Blue crossed swords mark, blue painter's mark, 57. in gold (to vessel and lid). The tip of the spout, a crack through the upper part of the handle and a chip at the rim of the lid restored, scratches, small chips to the basal ring. H 10.7 cm.
