A Meissen porcelain spice dish with Chinoiserie decor

Blue crossed swords mark with cursive guards, subsidiary dot mark. A chip to the basal ring, a short firing crack to the underside. Later gilding and gilt metal mountings, hinged lid on either side. H without lid 4.7 cm.
Around 1730 - 35, "contour" Chinoiserie decor in the manner of Johann Ehrenfried Stadler.
