A Transition style chest of drawers

Rosewood, palisander and boxwood filet veneer on oak, ormolu mountings, red and white marble top, iron locks. Two-drawer cabinet separated optically into three sections by three vertical marquetry frames. The angles and tablier with corresponding ormolu appliques. Minor traces of earlier insect damage, slight losses to the veneer, restored marble. Overall in well-preserved, restored and well-kept condition. H 83.5, W 100, D 51 cm.
