A blue and white 'klapmutsen' bowl. Kangxi mark and of the period (1662-1722)

Decorated on the outer wall with novel scenes under the Eight Buddhist Emblems (bajixiang). Inside a playing boy, on the rim four spared-out cartouches with floral designs on a diaper border. Underglaze-blue six-character mark Kangxi in regular script in a double ring.
