A Kyoto ivory netsuke of Gama Sennin. Late 18th century

Standing on one leg, the right hand supporting the large toad on his shoulders by the leg, the other hand holding the loop of the tied belt, the garment with engraved flowers and swirling clouds, the borders with a zigzag pattern. The large eyes of the toad of polished blackish horn. The shoe sole of one foot reworked.
