Acryl und Siebdruck auf Leinwand 101,5 x 101,5 cm. Rückseitig auf der umgeschlagenen Leinwand mit schwarzem Filzschreiber signiert und datiert Andy Warhol 1981.

“It was not until the beginning 1980's that Andy used his drawings routinely in his commissioned portrait paintings. I used to watch Andy draw his portrait subjects from Polaroids that he took. The Polaroid pictures were Andy's preliminary “sketches” for his paintings. […] The men, women, and children in these drawings stare out at you with stylized faces that give them an otherworldly gaze.
