a) Eight illustrated books, 20th century reproductions. 30.3 x 21.3 cm. 1) Katsukawa Shuncho’s Ehon sakaegusa, two vols.: Vol. 1 - Woman's life, schooldays, and wedding; vol. 2 - Life after marriage, birth of child, and first visit to temple with child. Originally published in 1790 by Izumiya Ichibei. Presented are two copies of vol. 1 and three copies of vol. 2. 2) Suzuki Harunobu’s Seirô bijin awase, vols. 3 and 4. 3) Tachibana Minkô’s Saiga Shokunin Burui, vol. 1. b) 24.4 x 16.7 cm. Kyôka zuan, vol. 1, book with patterns for kimono or paper, published Meiji 30 (1897). c) 22.3 x 15.3 cm. Kachô gaden, vol. 2, illustrated by Katsukawa Katsushika in black and red printing. (10) Good impressions and colours, some traces of usage, mostly good conditions.
