The circular domed disc carved in relief with Hotei sitting in his bag, holding a tama in his left hand and a karako carved in relief at the edge of the bowl. A staff and a Chinese-style fan (uchiwa) carved to the reverse. Signed Tamagawa Toyonobu saku kore.
