A small rhinozeros horn libation cup. 18th/19th century

A small rhinoceros horn libation cup of octagonal longish shape on a small foot, the outside carved in low relief with a wide band of taotie and blossoms on a ground of square spirals and a meander border at the rim, the whole cup surrounded by six chilong dragons of varying size, two of them grabbing on to the rim of the cup and looking inside, functioning as handles. Old chips and traces of usage. 18th/19th century.
