An Arakan bronze figure of Buddha Shakyamuni seated in meditation on a stepped throne, the right hand in bhumisparsa mudra, the fingers touching a lotus base, the left hand in avakasa mudra, the facial features finely modelled, a hair lock in place of the urna. 16th/17th century.
