Each of the shoulders set with two old-cut diamonds and with a pale yellow sapphire (ca. 9 x 7 mm) to the center, surrounded by 12 old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 1.40ct). 1.7 x 1.3 cm. Weight 3.9 g.
