A 14k gold and diamond Belle Epoqué pendant brooch

formed as a delicate laurel wreath millegrain set with old-cut diamonds, three bezel set diamonds in total ca. 0.50ct and a central opal cabochon (9 x 12cm) surrounded by 24 old-cut diamonds in total ca. 0.72ct, and suspending a ca. 0.4ct old-cut diamond. The needle holder and safety catch replaced. H 4 cm. Weight 9.3 g.
