An ivory netsuke of a laughing Bunkan Zenshi holding a flywhisk and seated on a roaring tiger standing on a small rocky base. Signed Tomotane in an irregular reserve. The ivory stained for effect, the tiger skin stripes painted in black ink. 19th century.
