An ivory okimono of a seated Hotei. Around 1900

An ivory okimono of Hotei seated, his arm resting on his bag, a hossu at his shoulder and a scroll on the bag, a stiff fan in his right hand. Signed in relief Sôkô (Munetaka) on a red lacquer and wood inlaid tablet. The scroll underneath the bag and an inlay of the garment pattern missing. Around 1900.
