A pair of rank badges and a pair of sleeve borders, both decorated with couched gold- and silver-wrapped threads, moderate condition, a) of black silk with a gold pheasant above waves and the emblems of the Eight Immortals amidst clouds, and b) of beige-coloured silk with dragon rising from waves and phoenix decending from clouds. Late 19th century. Both framed and glazed. (2)
