A Yueyao ewer of ovoid form, with a faceted conical spout rising from the rounded shoulder opposite the double-strap handle attached to the side of the slightly flared neck, covered with a glaze of greyish-olive tone. Tang dynasty/Five Dynasties period, 9th-10th century. Box and wooden stand.
