A makie suzuribako. 19th century

A makie suzuribako with seven cranes in kirikane amidst clouds in silver makie, at the border a blossoming plum tree and swimming turtles in takamakie, hiramakie and kirikane. Inside the lid two cranes and waves breaking by a rock. Some kirikane missing and traces of usage. 19th century.
