A pair of bronze altar vases in shape of an archaic gu with flanges at the foot and middle section, with cast relief of taotie on leiwen and at the neck an archaistic pattern of dragons and shou medallion. Brown patina. Qing dynasty, probably Yongzheng period. (2)
