A katana, blade length 6.5 cm, shinogi zukuri, hamon: toran-ha with nie, itame hada, nakago: suriage, one mekuki-ana, mei: Suketaka. Gilt-copper habaki. Still good state of polish, small traces of rust, small nick.
Koshirae: Rare complete katana-koshirae with tsuba, fuchi-kashira, koiguchi, kurigata and kojiri decorated in six layers of shakudô and copper in guri-style incised with scrolls, saya: stylised clouds in aogai and black lacquer, black binding over same. 19th century.
