A polychromed wood nô mask of Heida, the face of a young warrior with wide-open eyes and open mouth with two visible rows of teeth, face of a pinkish-beige colour, the teeth and hairs painted black. Inscription in red lacquer to the reverse Heida Kanze Motozane saku sha chômonshô and kaô. Overpainting and restorations. 18th/19th century.
