A 17th century bronze figure of Triton riding a turtle, presumably Flemish

Cast in the round and patinated.. A small statuette depicting the fish-tailed sea god Triton riding a turtle and carrying a large shell above his head. To be viewed in the round.
Wear to the patina, mounted on a newer marble base. Height 16.5 cm (without base).
