A rectangular tray in brown lacquer with mother of pearl decoration of a group of scholars in front of a pavilion under wutong trees. The scene reserved from basket and geometric patterns. The outer lip with flower and geometric motifs. Japanese box inscribed karamono aogai bon (Chinese tray with mother of pearl decoration).
