A pair of two-panel screens by an anonymous painter depicting the Six Immortal Poets on a shikishi (from right to left: Sôjô Henjô, Ono no Komachi, Bun'ya no Yasuhide, Ôtomo no Kuronushi, Kisen Hôshi und Ariwara no Narihira). Ink and colours on paper. To each panel one painted shikishi and one shikishi decorated in gold but without the poem. Inscribed on two shikishi Tosa shokan nyudô Jôshô hitsu. Siegel: Mitsuoki no in. Late 19th/early 20th century. (2)
