A tall Hirado/Mikawachi flower-shaped vase with a white glaze. At the base signed under the glaze Shirô. Tomobako inscribed to the inside of the lid Hakuji ... hakka (white china-ware ... white flower) Hirado-yaki and signed and sealed Shirô. 20th century.
Height 50.3 cm

Takagi Jirô was born in Nagasaki prefecture. In 1975 he participated at the 14th exhibition of contemporary ceramics. Later he was exhibitor at Nitten.
