Two bronze vases. 20th century

Two bronze vases, of bulbous shape with three ridges to the shoulder and three twisted handles, to the base seal mark reading Eiju, and b) with a squat body and a wide neck, signed Kyûbi to the base. 20th century. (2)
Height a) 14.5 cm; b) 17.2 cm

a) Tsuda Eiju (1915-2000) studied with Tsuda Shinobu (1875-1946) and was adopted by him. He variously exhibited at Nitten and in 1962 won the Grand Prize.
