An ivory lidded box in shape of Hotei. Late 19th century

An ivory lidded box in shape of Hotei seated leaning on his bag, with a small jewel in his hand and a karako cleaning his ear. Signed Ôju Shûôsai Hidemasa horu kore. In addition a wood okimono of a bag with rats. One rat probably missing. Late 19th century. (2)
