A wakizashi, blade length 30 cm, shobu-zukuri, suguha hamon, itame hada, very good state of polish, nakago: ubu, one mekugi-ana, mumei. 19th century.
Koshirae: iron tsuba with clouds in relief, plain shakudô mounts of handachi-type, tsuka without menuki covered by same-nuri, mekugi in shape of two stylised chrysanthemum blossoms, koiguchi, uragawara and kurigata restored with black lacquer, kozuka missing, black and red mottled lacquer saya, shibuichi. 19th century.
