A tantô, blade length 27.1 cm, hira-zukuri, midare-gunome hamon, masame-itame hada, good state of polish, tateware, nakago: ubu, two mekugi-an, mei: Hisamitsu. 19th century.
Koshirae: iron tsuba, fuchi-kashira, koiguchi, kurigata and kojiri with irregular silver-inlaid dots, menuki of flying birds of partly gilt copper, tsuka with black leather binding over same, kozuka missing, black lacquer saya with ishime surface. 19th century.
