A shibuichi tsuba with a scene from the kyôgen play Suehirogari with a comic dancer and a man holding an umbrella over him, in iroe takazôgan, along the railing of the stage a row of young pines as a sign of the New Year's season. Signed Gyokuryûken Nobukatsu. Mid-19th century.
