A gilt bronze figure of Guanyin seated in meditation, the right hand in vitarka mudra, the left hand holds a wish-fulfilling and flaming jewel, on the head a wide crown with five representations of Buddha, the belt, the jewel and the reverse of the crown and the decorative bands hanging from it with red pigments. Ming dynasty. 17th/18th century.
