Set with a cushion shaped mixed star step-cut sapphire (10.95 x 9.60 x 6.25 mm, ca. 6.26 ct) surrounded by 16 tiny brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.80 ct). The ring band extended. Bezel: 2.7 x 1.6 mm. Ring size 52. Weight 6.8 g.

Gemstone assay report no. 027947 dated 15.2.2018 from the DSEF, Idar-Oberstein, confirms the yellow stone to be a natural yellow sapphire with no traces of heat treatment (NTE). Origin: Sri Lanka.
