A bronze mirror. Late 14th century

In relief a winding dragon and clouds on a wave pattern background with a cartouche containing the inscription "made on a day in the fifth month of the twenty-second year of Hongwu" (=1390). Shiny black lacquer patina. On the reverse the number 504.XV in black ink and a paper label with a description and the collector's number 20.
