A three-case inro. 19th century

Rounded, of tagayasan wood. Decorated in strong relief on the wider sides and inlaid with variously coloured horn with fine, partly engraved accents with a large fish with mouth wide open and two smaller fish in grasses, inlaid in green-coloured bone. A large fugu on the reverse with two smaller fish. All eyes inlai with black pupils. Red lacquer ojime.
