A cup and five saucers. Arita. Late 18th century

Painted in enamels and iron-red with a Dutchman and a boy servant underneath a tree, the reverse of the saucers with bamboo branches in iron-red. At the base an apocryphal six-character Qianlong seal mark. One saucer with a crack, others with a rubbed glaze. (6)
Height of the cup 8.3 cm; diameter of the saucers 13.3 cm
