An 18k gold and sapphire ring

Silver and 18k gold ring with an oval bezel, set with 18 cushion shaped old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.75 ct, I-K, vs) and an oval sapphire (ca. 4.42 ct, ca. 11.18 x 7.26 x 5.9 mm). The sapphire a later replacement. Bezel 2.5 x 1.3 cm. Ring size 53. Weight 7.23 g.
