Milligrain set with 65 old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 5.36 ct (M/N, vs), the central stone on the knot motif ca. 0.45 ct, the large stones on the droplets ca. 0.35 and ca. 0.40 ct. With replaced gold brooch mountings. H 5.3 cm. Weight 13.12 g.
