Narrow chain of pierced links with floral relief decor suspending a Saxon electoral "Dreibrüder-Taler" with a portrait of Elector Christian II and his brothers Johan-Georg and August of Saxony dated 1597 in a surround set with foil backed glass paste stones. Four of the decorative hanging loops missing. L ca, 100 cm, weight 304 g.
Attributed to South Germany or Austria-Hungary, 17th C.
