Softwood and oak with chalk paint ground, oil paints in grisaille on canvas. Three-sided construction with central rocaille upper section and floral festoons. Signed lower right “J. Devriendt 1856". One oval section to the left sawn out, repairs. H 181, W 166, D ca. 40 cm.
Mid-19th C., presumably after Jacob de Witt.
